    Shared component

PQD form — shared with Licensing

The Personal Questionnaire Document (PQD) form is a shared component between the Fit & Proper and Licensing use cases. Designed once in the Report Template Manager, it is reused across both workflows — ensuring consistency, reducing maintenance, and enforcing the “Define Once, Report Once” principle.

    External party

    FIUTT integration

The Financial Intelligence Unit of Trinidad and Tobago (FIUTT) is modelled as an external party within CORA. Automated notifications are sent to the Compliance Officer and Assistant Compliance Officer upon receipt of every fit-and-proper application. When objections arise, the Case Management external portal enables structured, auditable collaboration.
